I'm here to revive the dead blog.

okay. so today we shall talk about the new updates of NHFH!
let's welcome JIA NI and KUANG HWEE into our section first of all.
well, they have been really hardworking and progressing well!

of course, our dear suwen got the JUNIOR LEADER position.
and our potentially NICE senior, hao wei got the DRUM MAJOR position.

life's gonna be MUCH MUCH harder for me and jakin now.
LOL. oh well.
btw, I updated the particulars.
I'm not very sure about the birthdays of both juniors.
they seemed not so bonded with us.
haha.

oh yea!
NBC's coming.
NHFH jiayous!
we are gonna own nbc.
well, I hope.

my french horn still at repair, which means i can skip band (yet again)
i am gonna join the NJC council and be the first batch of councilors (YAY ME)
but, the problem is, i had no idea how to like, pass the interview and what qualities must i possess in order to get into that councilor thing :D

Secondly, u all changed a band instructor, its a she and it uses cheem words according to haowei.
Thirdly, i wanna go back see that instructor leh

This 2 months i hadnt been practicing french horn at all... Its both good and bad... Good as in no nid go band as my horn sent for repair... Bad as in my playing got bad, i think...
anyways, wanted to like return today one de, but dont feel like seeing you all today so maybe go back next time lar...
i got lots of work to do now leh, gtg

please take note of the following:

Please take note of the following dates of the practices:
16, 18, 19, 20, 23, 25, 27 of November, all from 9am - 1.30pm.
Please come on time.

2.
Nan Hua's Open House is on 28 November 2009.
Several people would be required to come back to perform.
More details would be given later on.

3.
The dates for the band camp are more or less confirmed.
It would be from 30 November - 2 December 2009.
Do take note that it would be a day camp (no overnight stay).
Time to report each day would be 8.30am, and would end at 6pm.

The concert would most likely be held on 4 December 2009.
More details would be given later on.

TAKE NOTE:
Members who are unable to attend the camp and/or concert, please report to Jerome by the next band prac, which is on 16 November 2009.

TAKE NOTE:
People in Logistics & Welfare are not your labourers! If any of the committee requires anything, they have to buy/get them themselves, and ONLY after the Logistics & Welfare and all the Majors approve them (through the proposals). Also, you must have the receipt/s of purchase before you can claim the amount back from the Logistics & Welfare.

Band BBQ! Yes seniors, you heard it right.
There will be a band bbq on 5 December 2009, so make your day free!
More details would be given later on.

JLs are required to submit a proposal of the bbq to the Majors.

(u can ask ur asl to abolish them)

1) U must enjoy ur band practices... If i dont see anyone enjoying it, pump 10...
2) Band badge is a must, although is a stupid thing, but yar... forget to wear, die... pump 5
3) Dropping of mouth piece can lead to severe pumping, no. of pumps will be dependent on the mood of ur seniors...
4) There are no rules 5 to 7, dont ask, if not, jump down from 3rd story...
8) part A - Criticizing any seniors could lead to 15 pumps or/and doing duty for the section
part B - Not only during band time, but also online... ESPECIALLY FACEBOOK :D
10) part B!- Punishing juniors to pump for no particular reasons related to own section leads to double of the given pumping :D

there's band next week!
wonder if there's gonna be a briefing and then a long talk...
then right, only left about 2h to practice horn.
and we are suppose to slack!
then left 30mins to practice horn.
and during the 30 minutes, there would be pranks and jokes.
then we would be left with 15mins.
for the 15mins, we would spend it warming up.
and then NO time to practice horn:D

LOL.
okok~ I'm looking forward for band~
just asking if you all are wearing band badge to school or after that then put?
oh yes, MAYBE Jakin and James would hate me XD

it would be that we will be buy some snacks first before we go play our badminton...

probably we will get some drinks and potato chips...
then we can munch our way there...

we would probably go and play around and try to lose suwen and haowei on our way...

then we would probably design our section jacket there so as to not waste time during sectionals...
sectionals are very important right now...
